Paintings with this title were offered as lot 43 on page 4 of the catalog of a September 1882 auction in San Francisco, as lot 6 in the catalog of a July 1885 auction in Victoria, British Columbia, and as lot 32 on page 4 in the catalog of a 17 November 1885 auction in San Francisco but there is not enough information in those catalogs to either include or exclude the possibility that one of these is this painting. |
