About halfway up the bank is a path and on the path is a solitary stroller silhouetted against a cloudy but bright silver-grey sky. The bank comes to a point on which stands a small cluster of tall Ponderosa or Jaffrey pine trees; snags lie across the base of the cluster. On the left the view opens out into the distance. |
