Description: | A man carrying a walking stick strolls along a rutted forest path toward the viewer. Grey-trunked trees mostly bare of leaves dominate the right side of the path. The sky is very pale blue, becoming brighter in the haze or fog near the horizon, and contrasting with the autumn oranges, yellows, and browns of the forest along the sides and the path below.
