Description: A snow-covered stratovolcano (probably Mount Hood), with a small secondary cone at its left, stands in the center against a blue sky with wisps of clouds above. A grey range stands on the left below the mountain, then a purplish ridge on the right, then a hazy greenish ridge on the left. In the middle distance on the left is a steep forested mountain side; on the foreground on the right is another steep mountain side with a white boulder in the center, two or three conifers near the right, and a dead tree lying across the boulder, pointing across the valley.
