| Legend: | The painting is said to have hung in the lobby of the Windsor Hotel in Cordova, Alaska, for perhaps 50 years until the hotel was torn down circa 1970 and the contents dispersed. In 1973 a collector who had acquired the painting sold his house, including the painting, to the present owner. |
