Created: First-quarter 20th century "Bridal Vail Falls" Yosemite Valley, William A. Karges Fine Art. Hickory Museum of Art Northern California
The named museum is located in Hickory, North Carolina, and its mention may indicate that the painting was exhibited there. The spelling "Vail" appears to be a misreading of the inscription.
Identification: Title from the artist's verso inscription, with the variant name "Bridal Veil" preserved and the abbreviation "Cala." expanded.
