Note: (1) The waterway may be The Gorge, a scenic inlet that snakes through Victoria, British Columbia. (2) The photograph of the painting has an aspect ratio that suggests that its size may be 20 x 36 inches. (3) This painting is one of a series of Pacific northwest coast and Victoria, British Columbia, all of which depict the same tents and ocean-going dugout canoes.
