| Description: | Three figures on brown horses and wearing white hats stand in a green and yellow meadow in the right middle. Beyond the meadow on the right is a small stand of trees, then a river or lake; rising above the entire scene is a slope to the left and above that dramatic rocky layers of cliffs topped with a pinnacle. In the center and right background a snow-capped mountain ridge stands below a baby blue sky with a few fluffy clouds. In the foreground left is a grassy but shaded clearing with a large boulder and at the left edge a rocky rise. Two tall conifers stand out agains the background cliff, the smaller one aligned directly below the pinnacle. (From a color photograph.) |
